Whats the recommended dosage?

For adults under 160 lb, take one (1) scoop (40 g), one to two times daily. Serious athletes or adults over 160 lb. should consume 2 scoops twice per day for maximum muscle support, with at least 2 scoops taken immediately after exercise for faster recovery and muscle feeding.

Blender: Add 1 scoop of WHEY44® Protein to 6-12 oz of water. Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds. For great taste add Peanut Butter, Fruit, or yogurt and ice.

Shaker: Fill a shaker bottle with 6-12oz of your favorite beverage or water. Add one scoop of WHEY44® protein. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds.

Mass & Weight: Add calories to your shake like peanut butter, 1-2% milk or Fruit Juices of your choice for Lean Muscle Gain.
