Betaine Anhydrous

L-Alanine

Dextrose

A glucose derived entirely from corn, making it natural, effective, and easily utilized by the body. When it is ingested as a supplement it is absorbed and increases the concentration of the fluid in the blood and tissues. The concentration of these fluids is held constant by the body, so water consumed with glucose is not excreted until the extra glycose is either removed by the kidneys or broken down by the body. Dextrose (AKA glucose) is a high GI (glycemic index), fast absorbing type of simple carbohydrate. Dextrose is used by athletes to induce an insulin spike and replace glycogen in muscle cells which is lost during training.

It is well documented that consuming dextrose and other simple sugars before and during exercise is able to spare muscle glycogen, therefore essentially increasing the amount of energy available and time to exhaustion. These carbohydrates are able to maintain blood glucose levels, resulting in significant improvements in endurance exercise performance.

What dosage should I take?
