Whats the recommended dosage for Diesel Fuel Pump?

As a dietary supplement for adults 18 years or older, mix 1 level scoop with 3-6oz of water and drink 30 minutes before training. Start use with 1/2 scoop to asses tolerance and your body’s response. Never consume more than 1 serving in 24 hours. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Drink at least eight to ten 8oz glasses of water per day.
