What Kind of Results Can I Expect From Beta-Alanine?

Beta-Alanine users have shown significant increases in muscle mass, muscle strength, and overall power output, along with increases in in aerobic and anaerobic endurance.

Some users will experience intense pumps from the first dose. The elevated Carnosine levels are a powerful precursor in nitric oxide synthase.

Performance benefits may take a little longer, some users may notice after one week but most will notice after two weeks. The most dramatic benefits will be in 3 and 4 week range. Whats the recommended dosage for Beta Alanine?
