Whats the recommended dosage for SKALD powder?
Take 1 serving (1 full scoop) with 6-8 ounces of water on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes before your workout. More tolerant users may wish to add an additional 1/2 dose (1/2 scoop) to initial dose. Be sure to cycle off for at least 2 weeks after every 6 weeks of use.
