Whats the recommended dosage for Dust Extreme?

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Dust Extreme in 8-10oz of water 30 minutes prior to workout on training days, or first thing in the morning on non-training days. Due to extreme potency, new users may want to assess tolerance with 1/2 scoop. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day.
