What are Compression shorts?

Compression apparel uses a stretchy and strong material to provide a balanced pressure across the body part it is applied on. Compression shorts do more than show off your muscles and figure. They wick away body moisture to help you maintain an even body temperature while you are exercising.

Why choose Compression shorts?

Compression apparel wicks moisture away from your body, unlike cotton garmets that absorb moisture and become damp. This feature can help you to stay cool in hot weather and warm in cold weather. Antibacterial versions, like the one available on Muscle Research, help reduce odors associated with sweating. The pressure applied by the garmet have been shown to help increase blood flow to the muscles which aids in efficient functioning, reduced soreness and recovery time.

These fit nice and compress a good amount. For intense leg workout you feel better longer into the workout. Unlike other compression shorts they also have a draw string to make that waistband fit nice and snug so nothing is moving around.
