Are you tired of the same old chalky, clumpy, boring protein? Now you can get protein your way with Yo-Whey! This delicious, creamy, smooth protein is enriched with healthy, tasty yogurt, for a thicker, more decadent shake. One that will fill you up and not leave you yearning for more. Yo-Whey combines a perfect pairing of yogurt and whey protein to make the most delicious, lip smacking, nutritional protein shake on the market today.
Forget the traditional protein shakes that were made their way. Get a new and improved protein shake made “Yo Whey.” Our frozen yogurt mix contains “good” bacteria that is essential for proper function of the digestive system. Consuming large amounts of protein can cause additional strain on the digestive tract; so the combination of protein with yogurt makes sense. Whey protein is the most readily absorbed protein making it ideal for consumption right after a workout and the combination of these two ingredients makes Yo-Whey one of the most effective and beneficial protein powders on the market today.
At Muscle Research we are proud to stand behind a revolutionary protein blend that has so many health benefits. The synergistic combo of whey and yogurt is not only healthier than other protein choices on the market; it flat out tastes better. Take a sip, lick your lips, and enjoy a healthier, better tasting protein shake.

I'm not really a big fan of the taste of most protein powders, but this stuff tastes amazing!
Very tasty whey protein with yogurt and digestive support, very tasty and mixes very well!
I love Yo what, the to easy smooth digestibility and as important great taste. Small scoop packs 21 grams of protein per serving, means less junk added to it,very low sugar only 6 grams per serving my favorite go to what. Highly recommended.
This stuff tastes amazing! I have tried both the chocolate thin mint and the pumpkin spice and they taste great in water or in milk (if you live near a Kroger, look for their CarbMaster milk -- vanilla for the pumpkin or chocolate for the thin mint -- adds even more flavor and protein for hardly any calories). The protein mixes up really easily with virtually no effort and no clumping at all. The only thing is you have to keep an eye on the carbs if you're cutting. That said, if you're looking for more of a MRP when skipping a meal or on the run, it's hard to beat this stuff.
