GenXlabs I want more Endurance supplies essential electrolytes that fuel and rehydrate the body. This product is Caffeine and Creatine free!

During exercise, the body loses water and minerals (electrolytes), ATP (Energy) and glycogen (carbohydrate) stores are depleted.  Once these essential nutrients in the muscles has been used up, muscle fatigue sets and performance is greatly reduced.

Scientific studies have indicated that pre and post-exercise supplements can be critical for optimization of electrolyte replacement, muscle recovery, restoration of glycogen stores, and ultimately for maintaining performance, endurance and ATP generation. According to research, immediate replacement of minerals, carbohydrates, Cell Volumization such as Nitric Oxide when combined with easily assimilated BCAA uptake into muscle cells, thereby helping to prevent the onset of fatigue.

GenXlabs I want More Endurance contains all of the elements necessary for Stamina, Hydration, and Endurance levels. Formulated for Athletes of all types, I Want More Endurance is powered by BCAAs, Beta-Alanine, Citrulline, Agmatine, L-Alanine, Betain Anhydrous, combine with special mix carbohydrates, coconut water and electrolytes to promote rapid muscle repair and recovery from hard exercise.*

GenXlabs Endurance blends the most powerful ingredients of Nitric Oxide, Glucogen effective increasing bloodflow and nutrients to muscle areas for increase endurance and decrease recovery time.

Ingredient Breakdown

Betaine Anhydrous

A form of high purity anhydrous betaine, BetaPower™ Natural Betaine is minimum 99% pure and derived from the molasses of sugar beets. Also known as trimethylglycine or TMG, betaine is found in many healthful foods, such as whole grains, spinach and beets.

More recently, betaine has been the subject of a range of studies indicating health and performance benefits. These human trials demonstrate a significant improvement in physical performance, especially in strength, power and endurance. It’s effective for boosting muscle strength and power by as much as 25% and increasing the number of reps you can do by 10 percent. BetaPower™ Natural Betaine is a natural nutrient  that promotes hydration and performance, especially related to physical activity. Helps promote muscle gains, especially if taken with other health supplements such as Agmatine and BCAA’s

L-Alanine

An amino acid used by the body to build proteins. It is a non-essential amino acid, meaning the body produces it on its own. Most animal protein natural sources contain Alanine.

Alanine helps convert blood glucose to energy and plays a role in muscle health and reducing muscle fatigue. It is a popular amino acid used for sports performance and endurance.

Beta-Alanine

Is an amino acid that combines with the amino acid histidine in muscle cells to form carnosine, which is critical for muscle strength.

Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)

Include the three amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They’re important for driving muscle growth, increasing energy, and blunting fatigue.

Citrulline Malate

Is a combo of the amino acid citrulline and malic acid. It increases energy levels by removing ammonia from the body—a process that delays fatigue and improves recovery.

Dextrose

A glucose derived entirely from corn, making it natural, effective, and easily utilized by the body.  When it is ingested as a supplement it is absorbed and increases the concentration of the fluid in the blood and tissues. The concentration of these fluids is held constant by the body, so water consumed with glucose is not excreted until the extra glycose is either removed by the kidneys or broken down by the body. Dextrose (AKA glucose) is a high GI (glycemic index), fast absorbing type of simple carbohydrate. Dextrose is used by athletes to induce an insulin spike and replace glycogen in muscle cells which is lost during training.

It is well documented that consuming dextrose and other simple sugars before and during exercise is able to spare muscle glycogen, therefore essentially increasing the amount of energy available and time to exhaustion. These carbohydrates are able to maintain blood glucose levels, resulting in significant improvements in endurance exercise performance.

Chromium

Is a trace mineral that affects how your body metabolizes glucose. Chromium is an insulin cofactor, and its theorized ergogenic effect is based on the role of insulin to facilitate BCAA transport into the muscle.

Alpha Lipoic Acid

Is involved in the conversion of nutrients – especially glucose – into energy. The ability of Alpha Lipoic Acid to enhance the uptake of glucose, within muscle cells, may have a positive effect for athletes by helping to ensure that muscle glycogen levels remain high.  This could prove useful if athletes want to enhance glucose muscle uptake, after exercise.  It is for this reason that Alpha Lipoic Acid supplements are commonly taking by many athletes, in combination with heavy training.

B Vitamins

These vitamins are critical for energy production. B vitamins are extremely important for energy

Taurine

Is an amino acid that helps to increase muscle endurance and strength. It can increase blood flow to muscles by enhancing NO production. Taurine also draws water into your muscles for a bigger pump.

ELECTROLYTES

Magnesium & Calcium

Magnesium is intended to provide nutritive support for maintaining the function of over 300 enzymes and normal muscle relaxation following contraction.

Magnesium opposes the cramping effects of calcium on muscle. Calcium causes muscles to contract and magnesium allows muscles to relax. Both are important in the generation of ATP, muscle contraction. Related symptoms of magnesium deficiency include muscle cramping and spasm, chronic pain, irritability, insomnia, muscle tension, tremors, headaches, body aches and poor athletic performances.

Potassium & Sodium

Both sodium and potassium are important in nerve conduction which helps generate the signals from the central nervous system to the muscles to perform work. Potassium, found inside of cells, also works closely with sodium and chloride in maintaining the body’s fluid balance.

Coconut Water

All-natural coconut powder is one of nature’s superfoods. Coconut water contains two important electrolytes. Coconut water makes the biggest difference when consumed after a workout since it replenishes electrolytes  When you sweat heavily during a workout or a training session, you not only lose fluid, you also lose electrolytes. A balance electrolyte and fluid levels helping to avoid cramp and dehydration during intense exercise. To replace the electrolytes you lost during heavy activity, rehydrate with GenXlabs I Want More Endurance instead of regular water or sugary drinks.

What dosage should I take?

As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 scoops with 24 oz. 5-10 minutes prior to training. Continue to sip throughout your entire workout. Take 1-3 scoops (second dose) 5-10 minutes after training.
