Recommended dosage

As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule on an empty stomach to assess tolerance due to extreme potency. After assessing tolerance you may take an additional capsule 6-8 hours later on an empty stomach, if needed. Do not use this product longer than 8 weeks followed by a break for 2 weeks. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24 hr period.
