4-AD

4-AD contains the prohormone “4-Andro” which actively converts into testosterone in the body. Testosterone is the natural hormone that is most abundant for building mass. 4-AD converts to androstenediol and androstenedione and then into testosterone. 

Using the SEDDS delivery system we should see a 2x absorption over standard oral delivery. Using CoQ10 as an example we see a major increase in the absorption.  

After the oral administration of CoQ(10)/s-SEDDS (100 mg-CoQ(10)/kg) in rats, enhanced exposure of CoQ(10) was observed with increases in both C(max) and AUC of ca. 5-fold in comparison with those of orally administered crystalline CoQ(10).

A two-fold increase in the bioavailability was observed for the self-emulsifying system compared to a powder formulation. SEDDS have improved the bioavailability of CoQ10 significantly. The data suggest the potential use of SEDDS to provide an efficient way of improving oral absorption of lipophilic drugs.”

SEDDS along with the 6,7 DHB system (which further increases absorption) should give 4-AD the major punch you need to increase your natural hormone levels.

I’m an athlete in organized sports, should I use 4-AD?

No. Using 4-AD to enhance athletic performance in competitive sports is morally wrong and against the rules of every known organized sports league. Cheating in sports by a few individuals is the main reason Steroids are illegal for all of us. Not only are you cheating yourself, but you are also going to get caught. 4-AD will make any drug-tested athlete test positive for WADA banned substances during the cycle.

Whats the recommended dosage for 4-AD?

Take 2-4 tablets per day with a fatty food (like peanut butter) split between morning an evening (example 2 in the morning and 2 at night).
